The Wednesday and Thursday night Men's Golf League has come to a close for the season. We had a very tight finish on both leagues. The season closed with a combined Wednesday and Thursday night league tournament on Saturday, August 19, run by Dennis Strasser. The tournament included 18 holes of fun, lots of prizes, good company, and ended with an excellent meal of Roy's steaks and sweet corn donated by Gene Mealhow. The top three teams in each league are as follows:

Wednesday

1. Fore Play with 611 points....(Lance Webber, Jim Henderson, Mike Snyder and Jim Edwards).
2. Divot Diggers with 599 points.. (Dennis Barloon, Dave Kearns, Joel Emery, and Phillip Travis).
3. Roy's with 597 points.......................(Pete Jones, Darwin Krumery, Roy Fish, and Chris Mott).
