Offices in City Hall (108 Main St. SE) include the City Clerk, City Utility  Department, City Maintenance Department, and an office for law enforcement.​ The Council Chambers are located in City Hall with meetings the first Monday and third Tuesday of each month, beginning at 6:00 pm.
